➤ How can I customize my Chibi plush?
Customize your Chibi plush with the products from the Customization section. There you'll find face and hair patterns, each with a tutorial that explains how to sew them onto the plush by hand. If you prefer, you can also use fabric glue to attach the face. For clothing, you can use our Cloth Packs, which include patterns and guides for sewing clothes by hand or with a sewing machine.

How long does it take to make the plush?

Each plush is made to order, which means it's handmade just for you after your purchase. Production takes approximately 4 weeks per plush. If you order more than one, the production time is cumulative (e.g. 2 plushies = ~8 weeks).

Shipping

Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number for your order.

The estimated delivery date includes the processing time (how long it takes us to create the product and prepare it for shipping) and the transit time (how long it takes to arrive in your country with a shipping agency).

If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, the whole order is held until every item is available. If you would like your in-stock items to ship first, you will need to place a separate order.

All our shipments are made with tracking numbers and will be delivered to the address provided during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct and to be available to receive the order.

No Returns or Cancellations

In the case of made-to-order products (such as plushies, sewing kits, commissions or pre-order items): The purchase of a customized product is considered an outright purchase. These items are made specifically to order for each customer. The order cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We remind our customers that they must be totally sure of their purchase.
