PRODUCTS

At MonPattern we work with digital products and 3 types of physical products:

Digital product: These are products that you will receive digitally via email or with a download link.

Physical products: These are products that you will receive through a transport agency. These are the three variants that you can find:

• In Stock: This product is in stock at our store and is ready to ship. If any of the items ate not in stock because it has sold out recently, we will immediately contact you to inform you of the new date on which we can ship your product(s). If you are not interested in waiting, you can request a full refund of the canceled products.

• Made-to-order: These products are customized items created specifically for each customer after the order is placed. Colors, fabrics or extra details can be chosen according to the customer’s choice.

• Pre-Order: These are products that will be released or restocked soon. During pre-order, the product is not yet available for shipping as it is still being produced. By purchasing it in pre-order, the customer is assured of receiving the product as soon as it is available and reserving their unit in case they run out and are no longer in stock. The availability date is in the product description. Please note that it is approximate and subject to change, but we do our best to have the products ready as soon as possible, even before the announced deadline. These products are considered custom items as they are created based on the number of reservations made during the pre-order.

HOW TO PURCHASE

1. Choose an item: When you see something you want to buy, choose the language you want the product in and click “Add to cart”. Want something else? Keep browsing and adding items to your cart in the same way.

2. Are you done? Just click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and click the button “Check out”.

3. Do you have an account? Sign in to complete your purchases more quickly. If you have logged in before starting the purchase process, you will not have to do this step, but if not, you only have to enter your email and password. Don't have an account yet? You can do it from here, by filling in the necessary details. It's that easy!

4. Check your order and make sure that the items you have chosen are the ones you want. If you have a discount code, add it to the corresponding box and click “Apply” to make it effective.

5. Payment: You are in a completely secure payment gateway where you can choose the method you prefer to pay for your order. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to its payment page where you can complete your purchase.

6. Enter your shipping information. For digital products, you will only need to enter the billing information to verify the payment details (if they do not match, the order may not be completed).

7. Click on “Pay now” to make the payment.

8. That's it! You have successfully completed your order and will soon be able to enjoy what you have bought. Here you will find a summary with all the details of your purchase and you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered. If you do not receive it, check that it is not in your spam folder.

Do you need an invoice?
If you need an invoice, send us an email to info@monpattern.com with the tax information and the order number. We will send it to you as soon as possible.
