How to download a digital item

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital files. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

You can also download your files at any time using the download button that you will find in the purchase history within your account.

How long does it take to receive a response from MonPattern?

We will do our best to respond to your request as soon as possible! Please allow at least 24 hours as we work with requests in the order they are received.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Please make sure you use a valid email address with your order and check your spam folder for your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, you can contact us with your full name, shipping address and the items ordered, and we will resend an email confirmation to you!

How long does it take to ship a physical product?

Each product has its own processing time. In-stock products usually ship within 2-4 business days. Products that may take longer are the made-to-order and pre-order ones, as the product needs to be made.

In the description of each product, you will find its processing time. However, keep in mind that if your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, the whole order is held until every item is available. If you would like your in-stock items to ship first, you will need to place a separate order.
