1. ¡Commissions open! Currently, we only make face designs for embroidery machines.

2. Price quote: Once the commissions are open, you must fill in and send the quote form. Between 24 and 48 hours you will receive an email from us with the price of your plush.

3. Slot reservation: If you are okay with the price, then you must answer our email to get the slot reservation. Once we receive your email, you will receive a response from us in the next 24-48 hours to confirm whether you have managed to reserve your slot.
Remember: The price quote is valid for 2 months. The slots may run out fast; if you did not manage to reserve one, you will have to wait for the next chance!

4. Payment: You will receive a payment invoice through PayPal.

7. Shipping: Once finished, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.

The elaboration time is approximately 1 week.

We do not reserve slots nor do we have waiting lists.

The purchase of a customized product is considered an outright purchase. The order cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We remind our customers that they must be totally sure of their purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or deny your customized product for any reason. A full refund will be issued in this circumstance.
