ABOUT COMMISSIONS
Every plush is different and has a different price. The starting price is for a simple 2-color plush with an embroidered face, and depending on the complexity of your character the price will increase.
Our prices can change over time, that is why our quotes are valid for 6 months. Our prices are in euros (€) (VAT not included). You can use an online converter to convert the price to other currencies.
We make commissions using our own patterns as a base! Decide the Chibi pattern you prefer as a base body for your commission and write it in the Chibi Body section of our quote form.

What kind of plushies does MonPattern make?
Our specialty is humanoid plushies (like anime style characters, OCs...), but we have no problem making other types of plushies! It should be added that we do not make realistic plushies, robots, replicas of official plushies or from other artists, NSFW or gore.
What am I paying for?
You are acquiring a personalized handmade plush. It is a project in which we dedicate many hours of work and effort to offer you the greatest detail and quality. The fabrics and materials used are of high quality, in addition to the wide variety of techniques and machinery that we use to make each of the details of our plushies (sublimation, embroidery, hand-sewing, pattern making, etc.).
Custom Chibi pattern
We accept projects to make a plush with redesigned patterns, that is, create a new pattern using the ones we already have as a base (changing the shape of the head, body or similar). For this type of project, the price will be higher, since a pattern fee must be added. The price depends on the size and complexity of your character.
Due to the high volume of work we currently have, we do not make plushies that require a completely new pattern.
What is the process when ordering a commission?
1. Commissions open!
2. Price quote: Once the commissions are open, you must fill in and send the quote form. Between 24 and 48 hours you will receive an email from us with the price of your plush.
3. Applicants list: If you are okay with the price, then we will add you to the list of applicants for slot reservations.
4. Slot reservation: After closing, we will choose by lottery which plushies to make from all the requests.
5. Payment: You will receive a payment invoice through PayPal.
6. The creation process begins!: You will receive sketches to confirm the design and photos throughout the process.
7. Shipping: Once finished, we will wrap it very carefully to avoid any damage. Then we will send it by registered mail and send you the tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. Shipping is registered, so the customer will receive a tracking number. The shipping price does not include, if any, customs clearance fees, destination country taxes or similar charges.
Do your plushies come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment?
Yes! It is completely smoke-free and pet-free.
When will you open the commissions?

Commissions: Terms of Service
By commissioning us (Monpattern), you (the customer) agree to our Website Terms of Service and Commissions Terms of Service:

Please note the terms on this page are applicable to private purchases and customized products only.
MonPattern terms:
- The commission will be created in our own style. We will do our best to match your reference images as closely as possible. Please see our prior works to see our own style before you commission us.
- We do not take commissions on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- When we give you a price quote, this estimate is non-negotiable and valid for the next 6 months.
- We reserve the right to refuse any commission that we do not feel comfortable with. This may include technical issues with the subject or the content of the commission itself.
- In the case of commissioning an original character, you must own the character or have permission from the owner to have it made.
- Any patterns, embroidery files and other materials created or used for your plush will remain the property of MonPattern. Even if you commissioned an original character, this will not give you the right to claim the patterns for free in the future.
- We reserve the right to sell patterns created or used on a commission at any time.
- We reserve the right to repeat a commission anytime, either as a commission or just to sell it. Only in the case of original characters will they be exclusive to the person who commissioned them.
- We reserve the right to manage any incident or respond to messages and not attend to the customer in case of not addressing us as cordially as possible, that is, messages that contain any profanity, foul language, insults, threats and derogatory comments that do not favor the customer-store relationship.
Process terms:
- Our commissions take 3-6 months to complete once the plush is started. The production time is an estimate and will never be a motive for a refund.
- The customer must be clear and specify the preferences they have for their commission when sending the quote form. We reserve the right to add an extra charge to any design modifications not mentioned before the payment.
- Payments are made via PayPal invoice. There is a 14-day period to make the payment. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, except if we have discussed it in advance and agreed to allow more time.
- Full payment is required before the commission begins.
- After payment has been made, you will receive a sketch to confirm the plush design. Once you confirm the design, any further modifications will be charged separately.
- The face design will be sent to the customer prior to embroidery. Any changes to the design must be clarified at that time. Once the design is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
- If we do not receive a response from the customer within 14 days of sending the sketch of the plush or face, the design will be automatically confirmed and any subsequent modifications will be charged separately.
- A second sketch of the design will be made only if a large part of the sketch needs to be modified. Simple changes will be accepted without a new sketch.
- The fabrics with the closest color to the reference will be used. Please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor. Please be specific about the colors you want in your commission (both with images and in writing) so that there is no confusion, since it cannot be a reason for return.
- Please note that we work on several projects at the same time, so there may be weeks when we do not send updates. You can also ask us about the process of your plush via email.
- We cannot guarantee completion dates, but if you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will tell you if it is possible. We will not move a commission up in our schedule to meet a deadline that was given after the agreement.
- All our plushies will have a tag with our logo.
- Purchasing our plush for the sole intent of re-selling it is not allowed. You may display and use your plush for non-commercial use.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy
- The purchase of a customized product is considered an outright purchase. The order cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We remind our customers that they must be totally sure of their purchase.
- We reserve the right to cancel or deny your customized product for any reason. A full refund will be issued in this circumstance.
Shipping
- Shipping is registered, so the customer will receive a tracking number. The shipping price does not include, if any, customs clearance fees, destination country taxes or similar charges.
- Shipments are made from Spain. Please keep in mind that external factors such as delays by the shipping service or couriers, logistical problems, holidays, customs, adverse weather conditions or the impossibility of accessing the indicated address may influence the punctuality of delivery.
- Shipments have two delivery attempts at home. It is important that you attach a telephone number so that the courier company can contact the customer in case of absence or failure to find the address. More information.
- The customer can claim that they have not received the order during the next 6 months from the shipment of the order, since that is the time that Correos España keeps the tracking number active. After 6 months, there will be no way to track or know what happened to the order, so we will not be able to offer any help.
- As it is a certified shipment, no refund or exchange will be made until Correos España has confirmed the loss or damage to the package.
Cleaning and care
- We make handmade collectible plushies, not toys.
- Our products include handmade elements, so they are not meant for rough treatment.
- We are not responsible for any kind of damage that the plush may suffer once received by the customer.
- It can be cleaned by hand with a damp cloth, gently and carefully. It should never be cleaned with a washing machine or in any rough way.
