Price
The base price is €500 / $580 USD, and it can increase depending on the complexity of the design. Things that can raise the price include internal articulation (Action), sublimation (designing and printing fabric), complex or multi-layered hairstyles, accessories, detailed or multi-layered outfits, miniature decorations (such as jewerly or very small pieces) or designs that require a lot of hand sewing.
As a general idea:
- Simple plushies (basic clothes and hair) ➔ €700+ / $815+ USD
- Medium complexity (printed garments, accessories, more detail) ➔ €900+ / $1050+ USD
- High complexity (complex hairstyle, multiple clothing layers, special fabrics, etc.) ➔ €1100+ / $1290+ USD

How It Works
1. Price quote period
When commissions are open, you can request a quote by filling out our form. Once we receive your request, we review your design to see how it could be turned into a plushie. Some details or elements may not be possible to recreate in plush form, so we first check what can be done before preparing your quote.
We usually reply within 2 business days. Depending on the complexity of the design or our current workload, it may take up to 3–4 business days. (If you don’t receive an email, please remember to check your spam folder).
2. Waiting List
We manage commissions using a waiting list. Once you accept your quote, we add you to the list. When a slot becomes available, we will contact you to confirm your order.
3. Slot Reservation
Each month has a limited number of slots. Once your project is ready to be scheduled, we will assign you a start month according to our calendar and availability. If you have a preferred month, please let us know!
To reserve your slot, we ask for a 30% deposit of the total price, which guarantees your place and our commitment to start your plush on the agreed date. You can also choose to pay the full amount at this time if you prefer. Deposits are non-refundable.
4. Payment
You can pay the remaining balance anytime from the day you reserve your slot up to a few weeks before your assigned start date. You can complete the payment using any of the payment methods available in our store.
5. Creation of Your Plush
On your assigned start date, we begin working on your plush following our usual process:
1 - Sketches – We create a sketch showing the overall design, including hairstyle and outfit, and then a second sketch focused on the character’s face.
2 - Review & Approval – You can review each sketch and request changes if needed (up to 2 rounds per sketch).
3 - Sewing – Once all sketches are approved, we start sewing your plush.
Throughout the process, we will keep you informed, typically sending progress updates every 2–3 weeks.
Each plush takes approximately 3–4 months to complete, depending on its complexity.
6. Shipping
When the plush is finished, we will send you photos of the final result and prepare it for shipping. All orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. Shipping is done via registered mail and you will receive the tracking number by email.
