We specialize in humanoid plushies! We accept character designs in anime, video game, cartoon and OC styles. Designs that fit our preferences are more likely to be accepted, while others may be considered case by case depending on complexity and feasibility.

We welcome all commission requests, but we do have certain preferences that guide our selection. Designs that match our preferred themes, aesthetics or character types usually get priority. Even if your character doesn’t fit these preferences, we may still be able to take it on, depending on the design, complexity and our schedule.

Our preferred commissions are:
- Anime, video game or cartoon characters
- Fantasy characters (fairies, wizards, mermaids…)
- Cute or pastel-style characters.
- Female characters
Characters that match our preferences will usually have priority. Keep in mind that well-known characters are easier to prioritize, while invented outfits, secondary characters, or hard-to-recognize designs may have lower priority.

Occasionally accepted:
- Original characters (OCs) if the design feels comfortable
- Complex designs (longer projects; priority given to preferred styles)
- Nekomimi
- Fictional portrayals, gothic or horror characters
- Patterned bodies
- Designs with slight modifications to Chibi bases

We do not accept:
- Robots, cyborgs or complex armor
- Realistic plushies or real people
- Furries or animal designs
- Musculature details
- Designs with major modifications to Chibi bases
- Hair or clothing designs difficult to reproduce in plush form
- Complex fabrics (degradés, transparent, holographic, knits, floating elements)
- Replicas of official plushies or other artists
- NSFW or gore

You are acquiring a personalized handmade plush. It is a project in which we dedicate many hours of work and effort to offer you the greatest detail and quality. The fabrics and materials used are of high quality, in addition to the wide variety of techniques and machinery that we use to make each of the details of our plushies (sublimation, embroidery, hand-sewing, pattern making, etc.).

The base price is €500 / $580 USD, and it can increase depending on the complexity of the design. Things that can raise the price include internal articulation (Action), sublimation (designing and printing fabric), complex or multi-layered hairstyles, accessories, detailed or multi-layered outfits, miniature decorations (such as jewerly or very small pieces) or designs that require a lot of hand sewing.

As a general idea:
- Simple plushies (basic clothes and hair) ➔ ~€700 / ~$815 USD
- Medium complexity (printed garments, accessories, more detail) ➔ ~€900 / ~$1050 USD
- High complexity (complex hairstyle, multiple clothing layers, special fabrics, etc.) ➔ €1000+ / $1160+ USD

Yes, we can ship worldwide. Shipping is registered, so the customer will receive a tracking number. The shipping price does not include, if any, customs clearance fees, destination country taxes or similar charges.

Each plush usually takes around 3-4 months to complete, although the timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of the design and how the project progresses.
The process covers every step from cutting and sewing to stuffing and finishing touches. Simpler characters tend to be faster, while more detailed or complex designs may take a bit longer. As every project develops at its own pace, we cannot confirm an exact date, so the estimated timeframe may shift slightly either way.

Everything needed is included in the price quote form, so you’ll have all the basics covered. Beyond that, the more details you can give us (like reference images, colors, clothing, accessories or any small touches) the easier it is for us to understand your idea and make the plush as close as possible to what you imagine.

That depends on your preference. By default, we make our plushies firmly stuffed, as we find this finish looks best and helps them hold their shape nicely, just like our samples. This also allows them to stand well without bending or the head tilting forward. They’re filled with soft plush stuffing, so they still feel soft to the touch, just not extremely squishy.

If you’d prefer a softer more squishable plush that’s absolutely possible. Just let us know when you send your details for the quote and we’ll keep it in mind 😊 If no preference is specified we’ll make it with our standard firm stuffing.

Absolutely! The Action models we currently have available are poseable, but most of our plushes can also be made poseable even if they’re not listed as Action models yet. You can adjust their arms, legs, and head to create different positions, just like shown in the product descriptions.

No problem! If you’d like to commission more than one plush, please include all the details in a single form so we have everything we need.

There isn’t a fixed maximum number of plushies you can request in a single round, as it depends on the complexity of the designs and our current workload. Please send us a message so we can check if your request is possible 😊

Yes! If you already have a confirmed slot but would like to apply for a new plush in the next round, you're more than welcome to. Just submit a new quote request! We treat each one individually, so there's no problem at all.

Yes, we can repeat a previous commission. Please note that we can’t guarantee it will look exactly the same, since it’s a handmade product. We also strive to improve our plushies, so sometimes we change fabrics or sewing methods, but always with the goal of achieving the best possible finish.

Generally, no. You can request a specific texture (for example, shiny or velvety) but we don’t accept requests for exact fabrics.
The plushie body will always be made from minky, as it gives the best shape and finish. For clothing, we choose fabrics that are closest to the reference while keeping in mind that these are very small garments. We pick fabrics that are easy to sew and give a good finish. We usually do not ask for the client’s input on fabrics, as we always select the option that will make the garment look its best.

Unfortunately, we do not accept custom poses. Complex poses would require major changes to the pattern, and due to our current workload, we’re unable to take them on at this time.

We can make simple modifications to our existing patterns (for example, changing the shape of the head, body, or similar). For this type of project, the price will be higher, as a pattern fee must be added. The final price depends on the size and complexity of your character.

Regarding size adjustments: we can usually make a plush larger, depending on the design and overall size. Making a plush smaller is generally not possible, as it would require modifying the pattern and simplifying many design details. The only small plushes available are the base models already included in our “Available Plush Bases” list.

Due to the high volume of work we currently have, we do not accept projects that would require a completely new pattern or very complex modifications.

No, the commission only includes the finished plush. Sometimes we make patterns from previous commissions available for sale, usually with some modifications, but the exact pattern of your own plush isn’t something we can provide.

Sorry, we don’t offer repair or cleaning services. Since each plushie is handmade, we recommend gentle care, avoid the washing machine and instead use a soft cloth or a light surface clean if needed.

Yes! It is completely smoke-free and pet-free.

We don’t accept urgent commissions. Each plush commission takes around 4 months to complete, but we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date. Sewing, detailing, and sourcing the necessary materials all take time. Since each plush is made from a pattern created from scratch to match your character, tests and adjustments are sometimes needed, which can extend the production time. Thank you for your understanding!

No, we don’t accept wholesale or bulk orders. Each of our plushies is handmade by our small team, so we only make them for personal use. We’re not a factory, so large orders aren’t possible given the time each plush takes to create.
