Description:

These are custom-made chibi plush commissions, created by us from scratch using our chibi plush designs as a base. You can have your favourite characters, OCs or any ideas turned into unique, handmade plushies just for you.

✦ Slot: This reservation is for the slot we agreed on privately. Payment can be made anytime before the agreed date.

✦ Production Time: Usually 3–4 months per plush from the start date of your slot, unless we agreed on a different timeline.

✦ Shipping: Shipping cost is already included in the total price (customs fees, if any, are not included).

✦ Your plush will be made following the information we shared privately. Small adjustments might be made if necessary to ensure the highest quality and the closest possible match to the reference.

Our Creation Process

1. Plush Sketch
We’ll send you a first sketch of your plush showing the general design (front view, hairstyle and outfit). Once you approve it, we’ll move on to the next step!

2. Face Sketch
After sending the first sketch, you’ll receive a second sketch focused on the face. When you approve it, we’ll start sewing your plush!

3. Sewing Your Plush
Once the sketches are approved, we begin sewing your plush. This includes gathering all necessary materials, creating the patterns, and crafting each part of the plush.

4. Progress Updates
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process, usually sending a progress update every two weeks so you can follow along.

5. Finished Plush & Shipping
Once your plush is completed, we’ll send you photos of the final result and prepare it for shipping. The shipment is tracked, so you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s sent.

Progress Updates

We will send progress updates on your plush to the email address you provided, usually every two weeks. However, updates may be sent a little earlier or later depending on when each stage of the plush is completed. Timing can also vary depending on materials, tests, or other steps in the creation process.

Licensing

FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Reselling our plushies is not allowed, even if they have been altered or customized. If you wish to sell a Chibi plush, you must sew it entirely by yourself using our patterns. All plushies are intended for personal use only and cannot be resold. You may display and enjoy your plush for non-commercial purposes.

No Returns or Cancellations

In the case of made-to-order products (such as plushies, sewing kits, commissions or pre-order items): The purchase of a customized product is considered an outright purchase. These items are made specifically to order for each customer. The order cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We remind our customers that they must be totally sure of their purchase.

HOW IT WORKS?

  • PRICE QUOTE PERIOD

    A few months before commissions open, we begin accepting price quote requests.

  • COMMISSIONS OPENING

    Commissions are finally open! On this date we will review all applicants on the list and assign the available slots.

  • THE CREATION PROCESS BEGINS

    As soon as your commission starts, we’ll begin working on your plush following our usual process.

  • SHIPPING

    Once the plush is finished, we will send you photos of the final result and prepare it for shipping.
