These are custom-made chibi face embroidery commissions, created by us from scratch using our own chibi face style. You can have the face of your favourite character, OC or design turned into a embroidery file, ready to be used with any of our chibi plush patterns.

We create custom embroidery files of your character’s face, perfect for plush artists and fans who want to sew a plushie of their OC, anime or game character! Each design is made to order based on your reference and ready to be embroidered on your handmade plush. You can request one or multiple designs (for example, a couple or a small group).

✦ Order Process: You can find the full order process details on the Commissions page.
✦ File Type: We currently only create face designs in embroidery file format (for embroidery machines). Each file includes a design worksheet with size, bobbin length, color sequence, hooping steps, thread diagrams and more.
✦ Accepted Styles: We accept character faces from anime, video games, cartoons, OCs and similar styles, but we do not create realistic faces, real people or non-face designs.
✦ Design Complexity: Extremely complex faces may be rejected if they go beyond what we can translate into embroidery format while keeping the style clean and readable.
✦ Art Style: The commission will be created in our own style. We’ll do our best to stay faithful to your references, but please review our previous work to understand how we interpret faces before submitting your request.

Please note: This is a digital product! You will receive an embroidery file to use with your embroidery machine. We do not deliver a finished embroidered patch or plush, only the digital file to create it yourself.
Digital Product
This is a digital product. Once your custom face design is finished, you will receive an email with a link to download your embroidery file.
You can also download your files anytime by clicking the download button in your purchase history within your account.
No Returns or Cancellations
As this is a personalized digital product, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We kindly remind our customers to be absolutely sure before making their purchase.
Licensing
The sale of the embroidery file is NOT allowed. You can only sell the finished product.
When you use our patterns and embroidery files for your products, you MUST credit our shop: www.monpattern.com.
ALLOWED:
⋆ Make the plush for personal use.
⋆ Sell the finished product in your online store.
⋆ Sell the finished embroidery in one of your products.
⋆ Use our patterns for your creations.
NOT ALLOWED:
⋆ DO NOT sell the pattern, PDF or our images as your own. In terms of copyright, everything in the pattern instructions belongs to MonPattern.
⋆ DO NOT sell our embroidery files as your own.
⋆ DO NOT sell the product or pattern as mass production.
⋆ DO NOT sell modified versions of our patterns or PDF, since that would qualify as derivate work.
Can you make changes to our products?
You can make changes to the original design when sewing your own version of the pattern/embroidery file. However, you must mention that it is a modification of a MonPattern product, since that would qualify as derivative work. Even so, modified versions of our PDF instructions, patterns and embroidery files are not allowed for sale despite being derivative works.
