Terms of Service for digital products
By purchasing our digital products, you (the customer) agree to the Terms of Service outlined below:
⋆ Due to the digital nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. We recommend reading the product description carefully and reviewing all images before purchasing.
⋆ Digital products may include files in different formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, embroidery files, etc.). Make sure you have the necessary software to open and use them correctly. We do not offer technical assistance on how to use external programs.
⋆ Once the purchase is made, the digital files will be available for download. Make sure to save a copy on your device, as we do not guarantee permanent access to the download link. ⋆ We reserve the right to update the files or content without prior notice. If it is an important update, we will try to inform customers through the most appropriate channel, but we cannot guarantee that all buyers will be notified.
⋆ By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge having read the full product description before purchasing.
⋆ All copyrights on the patterns, instructions, images, and embroidery files are owned exclusively by MonPattern. The purchase of these products does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. The files are provided solely for personal use or for creating finished products that are not resold in bulk.
⋆ The sale of the PDF, pattern or embroidery file is NOT allowed. Our patterns and digital files are protected by copyright. Purchasing these products does not transfer any reproduction or distribution rights to the buyer.
This also applies to the sewing kits, which include PDF files and printed patterns. You are NOT allowed to sell, scan or distribute the contents of the kits.
ALLOWED:
• Sew the plush or project for personal use.
• Sell the finished product on your online store, but only if the customer has completely sewn the plush and has not used the pre-made plushes from MonPattern.
• Sell a plush or project with our completed embroidery.
• Use our patterns as a base for your own creations.
• Make changes to the original design when sewing your version of the pattern. In this case, you must mention that it is a modification of a MonPattern product.
NOT ALLOWED:
• Sell the pattern, PDF, or embroidery files as your own.
• Reproduce, distribute, or share our digital files, whether free or for commercial purposes.
• Sell images, instructions, or any content included in the file as your own.
• Sell modified versions of our patterns or instructions in PDF, as they are derivative works protected by copyright.
• Produce and sell in bulk products made with our patterns.
• If you use our patterns to sell your plushes or custom products, you must credit our store by including the link: www.monpattern.com.
• Sell the plushes made by MonPattern, or modify them for sale. These plushes can only be used for personal use and cannot be resold or altered.
• All files are intended solely for the use of the purchaser. Their distribution is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Due to the digital nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Please carefully review the product description and images before making your purchase.
• By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms of use and acknowledge having read the information provided on the product page.
