Each plush is made to order, which means it's handmade just for you after your purchase. Production takes approximately 3 months. If you order multiple made-to-order products, the production time will increase accordingly.

The customer will receive a photo of the finished product via email along with the shipping information provided. Shipping will only take place after receiving a response from the customer confirming that the shipping information is correct. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number for your order.

The estimated delivery date includes the processing time (how long it takes us to create the product and prepare it for shipping) and the transit time (how long it takes to arrive in your country with a shipping agency).

If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, the whole order is held until every item is available. If you would like your in-stock items to ship first, you will need to place a separate order.

All our shipments are made with tracking numbers and will be delivered to the address provided during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct and to be available to receive the order.

In the case of made-to-order products (such as plushies, sewing kits, commissions or pre-order items): The purchase of a customized product is considered an outright purchase. These items are made specifically to order for each customer. The order cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We remind our customers that they must be totally sure of their purchase.

The images shown in the store are indicative examples of the final result. The character design is not modified, but slight variations in colors or textures may occur depending on the availability of materials at the time of production.
